1) Acceptance of the Terms of Service Agreement
By using any
AMMP Audio Services Affiliated Website or Publication, you accept and agree to abide by all terms, conditions, disclaimers and notices contained or referenced in this Terms of Service Agreement.
It is your responsibility to periodically check this page as it may be revised at any time without notice. Your continued use of this site signifies that you have accepted the published revisions. If you do not agree to this Terms of Service Agreement, please exit the site and remove all
AMMP Audio Services content from your computer.
2) Membership
You are invited to join the AMMP Audio Services information portal at http://ammprecordingservices.com. When registering as a member, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to provide truthful information on the registration form. By registering as a
AMMP Audio Services member you agree that you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and that you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify
AMMP Audio Services of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account known to you. You agree that
AMMP Audio Services is entitled to assume that anyone using your account has been authorized by you to do so.
3) Code of Conduct
Strict adherence to the following Code of Conduct is required of all
portal users. Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct may result in the immediate termination of your membership without notice or remuneration. Extreme violations will be reported to your service provider and law enforcement. Your IP address and internet service provider are recorded with every submission.
• Do not submit any content that violates local, state, national or international laws.
• Do not post content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Submit copyright owned or original content only.
• Do not post or transmit material that is inaccurate, profane, vulgar, obscene, defamatory, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful or hurtful to another person or entity.
• Do not post unauthorized advertising, promotions, spam, junk mail, chain letters or solicitation to the public, email or private message areas. Do not post off topic comments or same comments repeatedly.
• Do not impersonate another person or entity.
• Do not distribute viruses, trojans or any other harmful computer code.
• Do not harvest personal contact information without the owner’s permission.
• Guard your account password and notify AMMP Audio Services of unauthorized users immediately
• Do not engage in any conduct that inhibits another person from using any public area or that exposes AMMP Audio Services, its contributors, advertisers or customers to any civil liability.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to other member's accounts, the AMMP Audio Services infrastructure or it's host server.
AMMP Audio Services reserves the right to:
• Record and publish a log of all public forums and chat areas.
• Monitor, edit or disclose communications.
• Edit or delete any communication or submitted content.
• Remove content and communications that do not adhere to the Terms of Service.
• Terminate a Terms of Service violator's membership without notice or remuneration
• AMMP Audio Services reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary to protect the safety of our guests.
4) Termination
AMMP Audio Services reserves the right to restrict or deny access to any user, and may without notice deny access to any user at anytime.
We may terminate your membership and/or deny access to the site if we learn that you have provided false or misleading registration information, interfered with the security or administration of the
portal, or violated these Terms of Service. Additionally, we may choose to remove any or all of the content you submit in connection with
AMMP Audio Services at any time and without notice to you. Violation of these terms and conditions or the rules of conduct may result in permanent ban from this site.

Contributed content may or may not be published at the sole discretion of the
AMMP Audio Services.
7) Copyright Infringement Claims
AMMP Audio Services content is contributed by industry professionals, portal members and others. Publication of their contributed content is contingent on it being an original work or the poster owning the publishing rights to the submitted content. If you believe your copyrighted work has been copied, submitted and published on the
